WIRED asked United kingdom freestyle drone racing champion Dan Waring to push DJI's Phantom 4 to its limits. Purchased this drone from Amazon as a Xmas gift. It was sold Parrot Jumping Sumo Price India by Tronix Computers. It came out of the box and for three days we were striving to update its computer software. When contacted the DJ support they mentioned there is a little something incorrect with the drone and we have to send it in for restore. Unacceptable for a brand new item of such a value. We want to return and have a full refund...not to mention spoiling a Xmas gift!!!!
