Day 1: KENGTUNG ADVENTURE TOUR: Kengtung – Arrival ( L, D ) Kengtung Centre for your Kung Minority Group

Day 2: KENGTUNG ADVENTURE TOUR: Kengtung ( B, L, D )

Visiting the market, you will note minority hilltribes within their traditional dresses. Then, depart by road to Pin Tauk village, the place to start of today’s trek. Set off on foot, trekking 45 minutes to 1 hour towards the Akha minority village of Hwe Lon. Spend some time inside the village and getting together with the locals to find more about their particular customs and daily lifestyle. After a picnic lunch, resume trekking to an Children in Ann Village MyanmarAnn Village perched for the slopes of a hill (approximately half an hour). The Ann minority is recognized for their traditional black dress and blackened teeth. After walking on the village, stop at Lone Tree Hill for panoramic views in the city and continue on to Kengtung. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 3: KENGTUNG ADVENTURE TOUR: Kengtung Trek ( B, L, D )

After breakfast, drive inside the direction of Tachileik, down the Thai border. After 45 minutes, switch vehicles and continue the drive within the back of your local pick-up truck (approximately 30 minutes) Drive up the hills to check out four neighboring Akha villages where you will learn a little more about their unique culture and traditions. Some of these villages practice a unique blend of three religions: Buddhism, Christianity, and animism (spirit worship) Picnic lunch en-route. This afternoon, continue towards the Mong Kwan region. Visit a village with the Loi minority, as well as having the chance to find out the traditions with the Li Shaw and Khun tour son doong cave communities. Return to Kengtung within the late afternoon. Dinner at local restaurant.
