The Creative Poles


In this program you learn to solve a real challenge proposed by an actual business enterprise using the methodologies “learning by doing” and “solving problems”.

The training program was conducted in teams (about 5 people) and with the help of a mentor who accompanied them throughout the work process.

Profile of participants:

• Be between 18 and 30 years.
• Being unemployed (or working part-time)
• Have Higher Vocational training or university (or 4th year student)
• Studies related to engineering, design, fashion, architecture, journalism, law, business ...

Working Methodology


We have identified a number of skills that work and develop during the 9 sessions of the training program. The competencies are grouped into 3 blocks:

• Basic skills
• Technical skills
• entrepreneurial skills.

To solve the challenge of the “Design Innovation” with 6 stages tool was used.

• Integration of knowledge
• Exploring alternatives
• Prototyping Solution
• The best solution
• Socialization among groups
• Presentation of the solution.

Nuestro proyecto se centró en aspectos “transmedia” como las redes sociales y el uso de pantallas táctiles durante la visita de la exposición. Este aspecto digital está acompañado de una dinámica social a través de grupos de danza vasca que participan como voluntarios. Por último, hemos intentado proponer las soluciones más eficientes para satisfacer las exigencias de presupuesto que teniamos que respetar.
