High Tech Christmas Presents For The Spouse And Kids

I think everyone has heard at one time or another that it takes ten calls to make one sale. Really? Then why isn't every sale representative who does 10 calls at quota? Every industry and every sales representative works on a different set of averages. I remember being told "just do ten calls and you'll get a sale." After being very frustrated at not achieving my goals, I started tracking my sales activities. Turns out, because buyers in my industry only purchased once every five years, I needed to do 50 calls to get one sale!

The first thing you need to keep in mind is the fit. Clothes need to fit well and not be loose or too tight. They need to hug your body lightly without hindering movement in any way. Bad fits are a common problem with most men's fashion and something that can easily be taken care of. Wardrobes, casual or formal, need to be kept simple. There is no good reason to overdo things. If you do decide to go with jewelry, stick with not more than three items. Never mix more than three shades of color. Try to tone down the flashiness. Simple black dress shirts with a white coat and dark pair of jeans will look fabulous. A smart watch and you are ready to hit the roads.

Computer activity tracker Software - This software gives you the ability to track what your child does every time they get on the computer. It features a "Key Logging" so you can see everything typed onto the keyboard, including emails, instant messages and social networking activity. "Screenshots" allow you to see snapshots of the screen taken at one minute intervals. This software also allows you to block web sites. If someone closes the program or shuts down the computer, the program will restart.

Call me old fashion, but I simply need a phone to make phone calls...not reset the temperature in my house or mow the lawn. I'm an adult. I'm married. I have children, I have grandchildren.

Download an app. There are so many apps out there that help you track your food intake and log your exercise monitor bands that you have a wide variety to choose from. For example, if you're following the Atkins plan and watching your carbohydrate intake, they have a free Atkins Carb fitness tracker to make the process easier. Or, MyFitnessPal also has a calorie tracker. Using an app will help keep you aware of your behaviors and hold you accountable - two key aspects of any successful weight loss program.

Adidas is pitching the watch as your go-to accessory for interval training. Much like that pesky treadmill at the gym, the miCoach Smart Run breaks your workout down into four color-coded zones. Doing green zone speed during the red zone part of your workout? The watch will vibrate or speak to you (if you're toting that Bluetooth headset) to tell you to put on the brakes.

Think you know how many steps you walk daily? If you are like many Americans, working at a job where you sit all day, you walk 2,000 or 3,000 steps each day. Maybe you're a little more active and you walk 3,000 to 5,000 steps a day. Are most of your steps from your chair in front of the TV to the refrigerator? If that's you, it's not too late to change. But you have to admit that that's you. Then you have to want to change. If you have been really sedentary, see your doctor first. Make sure that increasing your activity will not dangerously affect your health.

Here are ten simple, ordered steps that you can begin immediately that will pivot you onto a healthier course. Remember, life is a chain of choices, and one good decision often begets another.
