Being fair, the actual storyline of the film was okay but I could have simply watched the minions and had minimal human characters inside it. That being said Scarlett Overkill (voiced by Sandra Bullock) is extremely funny and even though it is only her voice she still manages to get across the truth that she is a mad evil villain.
