McCarthy and pal fast assembled a comprehensive set of the sorts of high performance JDM machines that produce import enthusiasts drool. Cacophonous, gratuitous, and peppered with certainly outstanding action sequences, Furious 7 locates the franchise at an unwanted crossroads, but it makes this type of play for the diehard fans that it leaves everyone else at somewhat of a loss.
